myDESIGN Education Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs self-discovery programs (workshops and courses) in schools and organisations. These services incorporate the use of websites and mobiles apps. By using our website or participating in our workshops, programs and/or course, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in this policy.

  • Staff members’ names, email addresses, phone numbers and school affiliations (only if their school or organisation is participating in a myDESIGN program OR if the individual engages with our website or email communications).
  • Student initials, email addresses, school affiliations and responses to strengths, interests and motivation-related activities (only if using the mySIM Website or mySIM iOS App OR if the individual engages with our website or email communications).
  • Anonymous usage data through cookies and analytics tools (only if the individual engages with our website or email communications).
  1. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

  • Deliver our educational programs (workshops and courses);
  • Facilitate our website and app-based tools;
  • Communicate with schools, teachers, parents;
  • Generate student and cohort reports for schools;

Student data collected through school programs is shared with participating schools for their internal use. Once transferred, the school assumes full responsibility for storage and handling of that data under their own privacy policies.

We do not use identifiable photos or video footage of students for marketing purposes without written parental or guardian consent. Consent is managed through a separate Photo and Video Waiver Form.
